He Restores My Soul
This watercolor, entitled “He Restores My Soul”, was painted to remind us that just as a classic car enthusiast can see an old broken down, falling apart, and rusted out truck and know it’s potential, the Lord says, “I know your end from your beginning and from ancient times things which have not been.” Isaiah 46:10. From before you were born, He saw what you would become. When He looks at you He sees the finished work and knows your potential.
Like this classic 1938 Chevy pickup truck in the hands of a master craftsman who lovingly restores it to it’s former glory, God is refreshing, refining, and restoring our souls.
